At Blue Light Gaming, we strive to provide high-quality blue light-blocking glasses for gamers and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a fair and transparent returns and refunds process.

This Refunds and Returns Policy outlines the process, conditions, and timeframes for product returns and refunds. Please read it carefully to understand your rights and obligations as a customer.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You can return your blue light-blocking glasses within 30 days from the date of delivery, provided that the following conditions are met:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • The product must include all accessories and components, such as the case and cleaning cloth.
  • Returns are only applicable to products purchased directly from BlueLightGaming.com. If you purchased the product through a third-party retailer, please refer to their return policy.

Non-returnable Items:

  • Custom or personalized products.
  • Items marked as “Final Sale.”
  • Products damaged through misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer support team at [email protected] with the subject line “Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number]”. In your email, please include:
    • Your full name.
    • Order number.
    • Reason for the return.
    • Photos of the product (if applicable, especially in the case of a damaged or defective product).
  2. Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, we will review it and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RA#) along with instructions on how to return the item. You must obtain the RA# before sending any product back to us.
  3. Prepare the Package: Repack the product securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation, and clearly write the RA# on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship the Product: Return the product to the address we provide. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
  • International customers: Please note that shipping fees for international returns are non-refundable, and customs duties or fees paid are the customer’s responsibility.

4. Refund Process and Timeframes

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, we will process the refund within 7-10 business days of receiving the product.

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (e.g., credit card or PayPal). Please allow additional time for your financial institution to process the refund.
  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted if the item is not returned in its original condition or if it is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or our error.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to return the original product following the above return procedure and place a new order for the item you would like to receive.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the damaged or defective item. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including any shipping costs, at no extra cost to you.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe:

8. Cancellations
